boys will be boys

Roxanna recently met up with more relatives for the first time when we had a 2 hour stop over at the San Francisco airport. After consulting with a body language expert for analysis, the results are in and it seems that her cousin Matthew is quite happy to no longer being the youngest in the family…

Meet the Levys

…as is apparent in this photo where he is giving her “the bunny ears”, showing her this is how it’s gonna be.

Aloha!

We send greetings from Hawaii!  Roxanna is enjoying her first beach vacation and seems to love napping pool side under the shade of the cabana. Being born in the USofA, I thought is was very important that we teach her about her people’s customs – so we’ve headed to Hawaii for a cultural excursion with all the other Americans on vacation. I’m already thinking other important educational trips are in our future, like perhaps a trip to the U.S. Virgin Islands or shopping in New York City should be next on the list… mamma needs a new pair of shoes!

Aloha Baby

It’s so beautiful here, I wish this vacation would never end.

Wowee Maui

 Aloha everyone!

It’s the dawning of the age of Aquarius

We met up with friends in Vancouver this past Friday and not-so-coincidentally also celebrated my Birthday! It was our first real night out sans bébé, unless you count the SqlServer Christmas party (which I do NOT!) and a great opportunity to catch up with many people.  Thanks to everyone for joining us, we had a great time and miss all of our Vancouver friends so very much.  Here are some photos from the weekend…

first pedi Baby’s First Pedicure – enjoying a relaxing afternoon at the spa with Auntie Julie helps to take Roxanna’s mind off teething.

Happy (Belated) Birthday to Me!  :)
