Home Sweet Home

Well I have to say, I certainly miss waking up to the smell of a freshly brewed pot of coffee and having breakfast, lunch, and dinner personally catered for me.  Plus the large assortment of pies and various desserts to choose from on a daily basis.

We are home once again after our trip back east to visit family - Roxanna seems happy to be sleeping and napping in her own crib again (yeah!!).  After a busy week+, she is certainly on the move now – thanks to the positive influence of all her aunties, uncles and cousins.  No doubt she’s missing the constant entertainment and comedy stylings of various family members & friends.

Thanks to everyone for adorning our baby girl with your love and affection – we had fun Easter week!  I think Auntie Dana put it best when she said, “she arrived Roxanna but is leaving Roxie”.  She’s rocking and rolling and moving now.  Let the baby proofing begin!

Girls Night  Girls’ night in!

Time to VOTE now!

This country is based on the democratic system and we are lucky enough to live in such a country where people have the freedom to vote.  So if you live in the Seattle area, I strongly encourage you to exercise your right to vote in the upcoming  elections.

Voting stations are now open (April 3rd to 30th) at the Sears Portrait Studio in the Overlake Mall.

Roxanna is entered in the Sears Portrait Studio baby contest  - please drop by the store (2nd floor) and vote for her.  Many of you may recall that I was runner up Baby Burlington Mall when I was Roxanna’s age, please help us bring home the crown ‘07!

What’s not to love? Vote Roxanna!

these people sure like their right to vote

And with postage stamps like these, who can blame ‘em.

Sure beats anything ever issued by the Canadian Postal System – which mostly consists of flags waving at varying degrees in the wind and photo edited portraits of the Queen.

Long live the force!
