On our way to a party , we find ourselves followed by the paparazzi.

First time trick or treater.
Just like the real Simon the cat, Roxanna loves a comfy sofa chair.
This afternoon started with a trip to the pumpkin patch. Important lessons learned…
when going to the pumpkin patch remember to:
And after the pumpkin patch wii had much fun and chocolate at Jackson’s house.
Roxanna can’t help but notice there’s something mysterious about this mild mannered toddler.
“Aha! I knew there was something special about him. It’s Superbaby.”
Day 2 of Halloweek was marked by attending the Pee Wee Monster Bash at the local community center. This was an exclusive event and the party of the season, as evident by the sold out attendance. Kids paraded around in costumes while participating in many toddler friendly activities. Lots of cookies, prizes, games and music. Without a doubt, the best party ever!

Slam Dunk! Natural born athlete… I knew that tippy toe standing would come in handy.
It’s that time of year again, where people dress up in silly costumes all for some free candy and we love it! We love it so much that we celebrate the 7 days of Halloweek, the festival of candy. Halloweek is celebrated by a series of rituals that are performed every day throughout the 7-day holiday. Some are family-based and others are communal, with the grand finale – Halloween - traditionally observed on October 31st. The primary ritual is to dress in costume and eat mini-chocolates every day for seven days. The number of candies and chocolates tends to increase each day.
Today marks Day 1 of Halloweek, where festivities officially began celebrating with friends at our Toddler Group.
We are proud to present this year’s costume, Simon the Cat, created courtesy of Grandma Lois.
Makena & Roxanna – Best friends know cat costumes are all the rage this year.
Roxanna, Auntie Hua & Isaac – Always have a theme or color coordinate costumes with your pals.

Our most recent trip to Burlington didn’t go quite as planned. Roxanna ended up with a cold, double ear infection, croup and teething x4 molars, but despite all this she was still able to put a smile on for friends, family and of course, the camera. Seems she’s learned at a young age that you can always try to hide the tell tale signs of a bad nights sleep behind a pair of large sunglasses…
as seen here striking a pose Hollywood style for the familial paparazzi.
