We just got back after a relaxing two weeks in Mexico. We all enjoyed spending time in the sun, sand, ocean and the all inclusive.
Here’s what a typical day looked like…
10am – catch up with some new friends on the beach
international toddler playgroup, Playa Chapter
11am – time to hit the beach for some sand castle building action
11:30am – ready to hit the waves
mother, daughter strike a pose
12:30pm – lunch time, all you can eat ice-cream and donuts
1:30pm – beach party
uno, dos, tres, cha-cha-cha!
3:30pm – siesta time
hey, why we don’t have fun towels like this at home?
5pm - cultural excursion into town
“Get your paws off me you dirty ape.”
8:30pm – it’s party time at the mini disco
Everyone sing… “Agadou Dou Dou Dou – Push the Pineapple shake the tree.”
Now just try to sleep with this song running through your head…

I think this is the best song I’ve ever heard in my life!I’ve heard the tune before somewhere…Anywho I think the flashy shirts and dancing pineapple is pretty sweet.:D

I bet it was that family vacation in the Dominican where you heard this song. I think it’s a mandatory part of the all-inclusive resorts.

Catherine, of course you love this song… I’m having oompa-loompa flashbacks. Next christmas we are in Canada, this will be the theme song of the night… start practicing the dance moves.
