Random Babblings

… go to the Colosseum TWICE on Wednesday looking for  cats, meanwhile somehow missing a prime opportunity to stalk Justin Timberlake.

… spend time at Trevi Fountain enjoying La Dolce Vita.

  …feed stray cats living amongst the ruins where Julius Caesar was assassinated.

Life is short, eat gelati everyday. There’s no place like Rome!

I have no empirical evidence to support these claims, but based on my own recent experience I am inclined to believe the rumours that you gain a pound a day while on a cruise. Not to mention that we just left ship today and I am already going into withdrawal craving the mid-night buffet – and it’s only 8:45pm!!

We’ve also been taking our eating expeditions to shore where we most recently met up with Uncle Lawrence & Auntie Shirley for a Sunday lunch and stroll along the beach in Cannes.

Bound for London

We are off to explore London, that is whenever Roxanna decides to wake up from a long first day’s travel.

I am pleased to report that the local coffee situation has greatly improved since we were last here and as a direct result so has my appreciation for the city. Until our next stop, Cherrio.
