Our first Christmas eve in the new home.
Did that present “neigh”?
It certainly did.
Happy holidays from our family to yours!
We were hit with 6-8 inches of snowfall today. Streets were an icy and snowy mess. Colin’s usual 10 block commute to work turned into a 2+ hour ordeal concluding with him deciding to abandon his car in the mall parking lot when he was unable to drive up our street. For those of us who got to stay home and play, it was great fun!
Walking in a winter wonderland.
Helping to clear the driveway.
Day two, weather update: Apparently the United State Postal Service has retired their motto “Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.”
Day four, weather update: Still trapped at home. Randomn kids are learning to downhill ski on our street.
We are thankful to Auntie Sandie and all the Reids for a fun and relaxing family weekend on the farm. Only wish we lived closer because Roxanna keeps asking “Can we go to the farm tomorrow?”.
